Henry Graham. Esq. focuses on Commercial and Real Estate Litigation including Foreclosure Defense. He is licensed to practice law in the Trial Courts of New York as well as the Federal Bar in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of the State of New York. He has a wide range of experience in Foreclosure and Foreclosure Defense, Federal Litigation, Appeals, Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and Real Estate Transactions. Mr. Graham is a native New Yorker. He attended the University of Indiana-Bloomington, where he received a BS and a Business Certificate from the Kelley School of Business. After that, he attended Touro Law Center earning a J.D. with honors. Mr. Graham also received a Master of Law from George Washington Law School, earning an LLM, specializing in Intellectual Property. Upon becoming licensed, Mr. Graham worked for a Commercial Litigation firm before being hired by Rosicki Rosicki & Associates where he learned the in and outs of foreclosure actions. After that, Mr. Graham was a partner at Cooper & Paroff P.C., where he continued to gain invaluable experience in his areas of practice. Over the last ten years, Mr. Graham’s experiences at different practices have given him the ability to understand clients’ needs to protect them with the best course of action. Having represented big lenders and homeowners, Mr. Graham has the unique knowledge and advantage to advise clients on how these types of matters can be successfully resolved. Today, Mr. Graham remains the Principal of his own practice and is Of Counsel to the Law of Office of Elan Layliev, PC where he assists with legal matters.
